Startup screen wont fit

I've had this problem before, but it sovled itself then somehow, dont ask me how, I dont remember.

The problem occured again today, and I've tried several things to solve it, so here goes:

Whenever I start MTA:DM, I get the logos at the very start in the lower right of my screen, and the whole game from then, goes on to not showing me the lower, and the right side of the screen, leaving the game unplayable to my standards.

Earlier, I was running dual screen. Then MTA:DM gave me this neat "what display and what resolution do you want to use" box, but how do I reach that box with only one screen connected? That would solve everything I'd think.

The "What display and resoulution do you want to use" is a part of GTASA's handling of dual monitors. To change your resolution for a single display, get into single player and change the resolution in the options.
