What exactly is a resource, and I thought you had to pay to have your own server, at least you did in GTA Vice from what I remember..I got a few mods for my cars, like a Nissan Silvia, Skyline, Dodge Charger 69 , 64 Mustang...ect..that I'd love to play around wit a little bit..Plus if you'd like to comment on those cars, please go right ahead.
