Personal Moded Player Skin

I have a cool idea.

what if you download a skin mod from the internet and be able to use it in MTA and other people see it.

For example: say i downloaded a Bigfoot mod and i want to use it in MTA and otehrs see it.

could you make it so you download a skin mod, go into editor and click on skins then clic on "mod skin", upload your skin mod and you will be able to use it in the servers by on the skin selection screen have a "Personal Skin" option and you spawn as your modded skin and everyone will see it

i think thats as the most customized thinga already possible with scripting, but the server has to download it, not you. you have to choose it after the skin has been added

The modelling engine only works with Objects and Vehicles at this time.
