Popped tires -> no good synch

hi,

mta should have some more safety on popped tires. i tested it with a friend. sometimes he pops my tire at his view but at my view it stays okay. when he enters the car that i had now, the tire pops at my view too but now the other tires do not pop anymore when anybody shoots them.

some kind of desynch + bug caused by desynch

i too would like Decent Tyre Blowout Sync.

Especially for gamemodes like Cops n Robbers... where you can use things like Stingers.
