Go and copy and paste this file http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-f ... ml?msvcp71 into "C:\Windows\System32" folder. Reinstall the game and the "MTA Center Login" should work. You are now able to send error reports to the MTA Staff. Link to comment
