So I am wondering if you can download and play the stuntmaps when you're offline? And is it possible to have a LAN at home with a friend and play with eatchother? Sry for my bad english!

Why? put the downloaded maps in this folder MTA San Andreas\mods\map_editor\maps, start the map editor, load the map you want to play and select Start with custom vehicle and choose whichever car you like
