Invalid Exe for MTA:VC

You have not specified the path to the correct executable (gta-vc.exe).

I searched the forums and saw posts about invalide exe's for MTA GTA3, but not for Vice City. And I got this problem for MTA:VC.

First thing first, after installing VC on my computer. I install MTA VC 0.5.When i connect to any server for the first time I get this popup:

Here are the pictures showing what happends when i try to Start Game:

Right after pressing Start Game i get these two pop ups.

So i click "open" seeing as I have Vice City installed.

After it not working and getting the "file not found" pop up. I decide to find the vc.exe file and click on it. After doing that... I get the "You have not specified the path to the correct executable (gta-vc.exe)." pop up again..

Any help?

Really odd thing is, is that Ive been playing MTA sinec 2005. I had no problems at all before with MTA. But around 4 months ago i deleted it. I now reinstalled it and now i got this problem..

P.S. Information: I own VC. I did not Download it. I own the English version. Bought it in Canada. I dont have the russian/chinese/german or whatever vc version.

P.S.2. I have tried reinstalling both my VC and MTA

When the "Run Game" prompt is up, locate your gta-vc.exe

In a default install, it is found in C > Program Files > Rockstar Games > Grand Theft Auto Vice City > gta-vc.exe
