Probably a very very stupid question...

I recently downloaded some scripts, I have the server tool, and I have no idea where the files need to go. My MTA folder currently looks like this.

(I had to switch browsers to use ImageShack for some stupid reason.)

Can anyone tell me where the script files would go?

It's not a stupid question at all. In order to use scripts on your server, you need a 3rd party admin tool known as MTA:mA.

You can get it here: http://home.deds.nl/~aeron/files/MTAMA323.rar

In order for it to work you also need mIRC. Once you've installed mIRC, create a folder in the mIRC directory called MTAMA and unzip all the files into there. Load the "mta.mrc" and you'll be presented with the interface, through which you can connect to your server, load scripts, and enable various other options.

If you need any more help just post back here.

What should the Admin and Client ports be when setting up the server?

Not exactly MTA specific, but how to you view your open ports?
