Radar Error.

My friend's map only shows yellow and red icons for the players, rather than the colors for each skin. Also, a lot of times he sees one skin on his screen, when the player is really another skin entirely i.e.- I'll be a mexican and he will see me as a crusader.

I didn't see this under the common game errors, so I wondered if you would know how to fix this.

Well, did it always look like that?, but to the real deal is that you/he might have missing textures, you might need to reinstall to recreate the following .txd files that are missing on your GTA3/VC game. I know alot about missing textures because i'm skinner, anyway, if it won't let you reinstall put in your GTA3/VC CD into the Cd-driver and uninstall it there. That's a problem often. But have you downloaded any skins since it's missing or is it the game that possible have missing or uncorrect textures?

But do a clean reinstall of the game. And if you say it show the other player then he might have issues with his graphic card!

Missing skins wouldnt make your game default to another skin, i know there was bug with radar icons were showing only yellow for all skins, i think it was due to having or not having the 1.1 patch for mta
