Crashes when getting into server

Hiya all.

I downloaded Multi Theft Auto 3 days ago, the first day i could get it working, the second i couldent, the third either .

Everytime i pick a server i see the intro with the Rockstar North, Intro Movie and that but after the intro movie it just crashes out to desktop again, it is very anoying, i tried to install patch 1.1 too, it dident work, ive even played 30 mins Single Player and then trying, no luck either.

So any ideas?

Do you have any other mods installed or is it a clean installation?

Just got VC Installed with patch 1.1 and Multi Theft Aut aside, so i guess it's pretty clean.
