Server doesn't work after some time

Sometimes my server just quits to start; it either crashes or the mtaserver.exe only shows '' mta blue racing mod (...)'' and doesnt connect or anything. I know how to fix it, reïnstalling Gta:sa or mta, but why does this happen? It's very ignorant to keep reïnstalling the programs...
