Hello, I am having trouble making a server. I made one but didn't know how to the change that spot where you add the rules, changing the name, and making an admin account. Also on the MTAServer.exe is a MS DOS and I don't know how to use those. It won't let me type anything either. If you are willing to help then reply here and will tell the server information my Private Message at this forum.
