Guest Posted January 6, 2007 Posted January 6, 2007 Hello, when i download a server i run it and a black box pop ups and a thing says something about anti-cheat dictonary and something about anti-cheat disable can anyone help me please?
Jani Posted January 6, 2007 Posted January 6, 2007 It means that it cannot connect to the master server to update the anti-cheat files. Make sure you don't have a firewall or anything blocking it.

Guest Posted February 17, 2007 Posted February 17, 2007 i have enabled it... but nothing changes... and it said 404 - Not Found that means that the Game master server doesnt exist. And i have opened many links in this forum most documentations and like that they show 404 error too
chiefwhosm Posted February 18, 2007 Posted February 18, 2007 I get the same thing, though it wasn't always like this. Maybe someone could host the latest defs file for those with this problem so we can get anticheat working on our server? Oh, and with my forum search I found out in 2005 the update server was disabled and defs file was hosted during that time, I presume the update server is actually back up? and that it's just something odd going on with our servers
Maximusje Posted February 24, 2007 Posted February 24, 2007 Same to me, it suddenly happened... weird.. But the server still works (people can join and play). I was wondering, if it says anti-cheat is disabled while i enabled it, does it work then?
Guest Posted March 24, 2007 Posted March 24, 2007 I have the same problem. I even disabled the firewall, but still. When I enter MTA, my server might have apeared in the browser, but it always says unscanned, and the ping at 9999. The host is mine I think. Same happens when I disable the anti-cheat in my config. Thats what it looks like right now.
