Ingame speed

After I have gotten my new computer, I just now tried to play mta:vc, my ingame speed is stragnely fast, its as if my whole game is running faster. The game clock is even going faster. Even though it seems as im going faster, when I check the speed I am going, it is the normal speed for the vehicle I am in.

What can be causing this, its already gotten me banned from a server for speed hacking

That's why. Your processor is er... too fast for the game. I don't know if there is a fix or not.

If you have an AMD dual core CPU, you need to download and install the dual core optimization software from the AMD website.
