hey there i have a problem with my game version. i cant patch it and the mta client cant detect a version. i read a lot of threads and i think its because of my version of vc, that i bought (german). can anybody give me a link of a working original gta-vc.exe? changing the language of the game doesnt work at all btw...

ive just told some one this answer, either go to Google and look for one there or ArgonathRPG has a NO-CD crack that works.

P3T3Y i allready read your answer but google finds some funny russian sites or the .exe from patches.. about the other solution.. we wont talk

@Jani thank you a lot, but now i have a new problem at all... there is even a window after clicking on start game whitch have only an adress as text (f.e. 0x696F6A20)... and i cant update the game.. probobly the game doesnt like me^^

Jani i found an another answer of you... about the gxt files. i am now able to run the game with your gta-vc.exe, but if i load a savegame or new game my game will crash and the repair tool dont show anything.. but i´ll try more

now i can connect to a server an the game will start, but when i am online the server says to me following:Disconnected: Suspected trainer usage.

i had relogged and now i get the following address: 0x53204D44

ok here was my old problem, i forgot to delete the password

and here is my new problem. now the server let me connect and doesnt detect anythink like a trainer (ofcourse i dont use anything like this) ;P

but now after set up a new game i see vice city and then i get back to the loading screen with motd and the chatwindow opened, but nothing happens or i get an error and the game closes with the mta error reporter

Restart the installation once again, and then when you get to the stage where you can choose what versions you would like installed and other features occupied, untick the box for the error reporter. This solution should stop future reporting issues only.
