Admin tool times out

I start the admin tool before i created a new server,i put the password and the ip and i try to connect.

After 5 seconds it say me connection times out .

What i have to do for "admin" my server?

Too many guys use hack in my server,and i want ban them.

I cannot do it whitout admin tool ?

Well you actually need to create a server to be able to connect to it with the admin tool.

Are you connecting to the correct port?

Make sure you have the right configuration settings for the server available by editing the config file found in the MTA folders, allowing the server tool to be enabled. I could be wrong and talking from an earlyer stage so i could be incorrect.
