Ban Appeal - CD47 / SERIAL CHANGE

Mazetti

Question

Posted (edited)

Hello MTA Support Team,

I am writing this appeal regarding a ban I received with the code CD47. I would like to state clearly that I have never used any kind of hack, cheat, hardware spoofer, or serial changer.

This is the very first time I am accessing MTA on this brand new computer. Since the system hardware components and Windows installation are completely new, I believe the anti-cheat system falsely flagged my account as a "Serial Change" or spoofer detection.

Here are my details for identification:

  • MTA Serial: ********************************

  • Ban Code / Reason: CD47

  • Date of Ban: [19/08/2026]

I have always played legitimately and I am fully open to providing hardware specs, logs, or performing any checks necessary to clear this misunderstanding.

I kindly ask the staff to review the anti-cheat logs for my serial and account. Thank you for your time and assistance.

Hello,

It looks like you have received an Anti-Cheat ban.

If you believe the ban was issued incorrectly, you can appeal it in the Ban Appeals section. Please make sure to use the appropriate template and include your serial with your appeal.

To find your serial:

  1. Press F8 to open the console.

  2. Type serial.

  3. Your serial will then be displayed.

Please include your serial in your appeal so the team can properly investigate the issue and assist you further.
