Hello and welcome to the MTA:SA Forum. Regarding your issue, I should point out that you are using a CRACKED version of GTA:SA, which means you’ll experience a lot of errors and crashes. There’s only one permanent solution: purchase the legitimate version and reinstall MTA. Link to comment
