Street Racing

I want to add a function to my server that has been used in other people's servers: In free mode, there will be checkpoints on the streets. When you touch the checkpoint while driving a vehicle, after entering the command, the checkpoints that need to be passed will appear and the countdown will begin, and a record will be saved. ps: The racing process will not leave the free mode. Now I can only make racing maps that require leaving free mode. Please tell me how to do it, thank you all.
