The application keeps crashing to desktop!

Take a look at this:

After 10 minutes playing, this blessed game crashed again for like the tenth time. It's not because of the GTA SA directory it's based on, because I put a clean copy right before this and it crashed the same way. Take a look at the logfile.txt I got from the crash:

Welcome to our forums! Are you sure your installation is completely clean and not modded? In this case you need to contact the specific server because they are using bad or corrupt vehicle mods.

To be honest, I don't know anymore. I just resolved this problem by uninstalling both MTA and GTA SA and reinstalling, but them another one appeared:

I didn't find any information regarding this offset, so I don't know what caused it.
