White textures after skin change

Hello. I replaced ped and after entering the server, ped has a white original model. I replaced it in the same way as I replace cars. I;m imported TXD and DFF files to gta3img. Is there any way to fix this? When i replace this same skin with changing script on local server it works. Thanks in advance

Hi. Be sure you're loading the TXD before replacing the DFF
