MTA Random Crash and random ban

Hello, my name in Kingx, I am a moderator (Global Junior) on the FFS Gaming server, strangely my game crashed and I was banned for 24 hours, I don't know the real reason for this punishement.

I know temp punishements cant be appealed but I really don't understand the point of that strange punish, really the only thing I had running at that time is an application that I use to repair phones and nothing else, I don't know if that was the reason, I would like to know if there is a possibility of remove that random punish or a way to solve it

Hello @Kingx welcome to MTA Forum,if you are using any malware or cheat type program running in the background I suggest you get rid of it immediately and I suggest you use MTA:SA GTA:SA files cleanly without mods because sometimes the mods you install can have malware in them, if you have recently installed software etc. maybe that's why you were banned, if you think it's just a one-time game crash that's another case

I understand, well I have some unlicensed phone repair programs, maybe that was the problem, I apologize for the inconvenience

For the second instance, I suppose I will have to wait for the punish time, right? Or is there any possibility of this sanction being removed?

there is no unban and your ban is a temporary ban, so you just have to wait, don't forget to check your programs running in the background,if you have other questions or problems, you can create a new topic and bother me if you wish.
