so me and my friend are trying to join each other on mta sa but he can't find me through name or server whenever I put host game what do I do?

Here's what you need to do, if you want to create your own server you need to buy a host/server, I'll leave you a link for that you can check it out and you can watch videos on youtube on how to set up the server, if you don't want to do that, start MTA and you can log in to the server you want from the server browser section.
