still idle server w/o firewall up full info on problem

after browsing all servers they all stay unscanned and the system goes idle..

-firewalls are down

-got version 2.00 but used the 1.00 patch

-client version 1.11

-got the server download

-no cheats or mods used

-my internet connection is functioning

-i changed the nickname

what else can it be? prob some setting

Don't know, but you can use Game Monitor until you figure it out:

Hi, i get the same thing i have mc afee firewall but i have disabled it and windows firelwall i have disabled that but still i get the idle message, and i tried using game-monito but it said connection time out every time i used it, this is really frustrating and i can see im not the only one with the problem so it is re-occuring, it says nothing about it in any of your manuals so i came here.

in the client, try putting 2 instead of 1.11
