Disconnected: Suspected Trainer Usage (?)

I was playing on a Roleplay server then suddenly I got this messege and I disconnected from the game. What does it mean? That I use cheats? Now, I can't connect to any server.

Not necessarily, just kill off any unnecessary apps when you're playing it.

It happens to me on occasion too.
