Hello, you should delete and reinstall GTA, which you can access to online servers by using it and the complementary launcher... In fact, you should delete GTASA and use the latest version of MTA launcher

I'm having the same problem and I've tried uninstalling it but it didn't solve it.

Disabling anti-virus has solved the problem. What's weird is that I had no problems on <= 1.5.9 versions with the A-V.
