is there a more comprehensice giude for server in vc?

Ive poured over the forums and read the limited guide

but still have lots of questiosn. Rather than post them all

here (probably duplicating some) a decent guide would be

really helpfull on things like...installing scripts...placeing

vehicals, weapons....etc

to run scripts you need mIRC and MTA:mA version 3.x (4.x is for SA)
