Animated line

Hello everyone! I would like to find out how I can achieve such a result in mta, namely that a long strip on the optics first lights up in a certain place uv, and then goes to the other end and then lights up the whole. As I understand it, this is done using the HLSL shader. Could you recommend a couple of examples?
