No, it's not possibilityю I've one amazing idea to try to launch mta:sa on smartphone using virtualization but just only for one time, just for a goal (I am not sure it will be possible btw).

Remember that this was in the year 2020. We know that the mobile world is capable of even giving more players to mta than the PC world itself
