Everyones going faster then me?

I dont think everyone in the servers are hacking, but when a race starts, everyone goes 2 times faster then i do, how come?

Ive got good internet, and ping, and a graphics card.

Does your frame rate drop at the start of races? It's a well known fact that when there are a lot of players in close vacinity of you, your frame rate will drop (depending on the speed of your processor, amount of ram etc) and this probably what causes it. Download fraps (http://www.fraps.com) and run it, and see what frame rate you get at the beginning of races. If it drops below ~20, then you know it's because of your computer.

Yeah, already had fraps. Its my computer then, Is there any way of setting the graphics to a lower setting? i already looked in sa's options..

In your graphics card control panel, turn things like AA and AF totally off, lower other graphics intesive settings. Turn the graphics settings down in the game too, and maybe change the resolution lower.
