GTA: SA Don't Start Through MTA

It is not I that is having the problem (although, i am having a different problem, i will post that in another topic) it is a friend of mine.

She is using a computer with the NL language wheather this affects it or not.

Everytime she tries to boot up MTA, it loads with the startup dialog and then it does nothing, GTA doesn't start up although GTA: SA can be played normally.

Any help would be great.

Yes, that does affect it. Change the language to English and then MTA will work fine.
