Ban Appeal for ban citing Serial Change

Hello,

I have been banned from MTA when I tried to join from my new laptop. The ban message says the reason for it is "Serial change / spoofer".
I have not used a spoofer and I never tried to change my serial before. I have gotten a new laptop and tried to play using that instead of my old PC.
I can prove that this is not a spoofer and I know both of the serials. If needed, I can send proof in private, I do not want to make these details such as Serial public, if not necessary.

I hope that this issue can be resolved soon and I can be back playing MTA!

Hi,

Please provide your game serial. This is needed so the anticheat team can further investigate your case.
You can grab your serial by launching MTA, opening the console (F8 key by default) and typing 'serial' without any quotes.
