Help- I'm having trouble finding a place to play (I think)

I downloaded MTA3 0.3b. The thing is, the default IP in the GTA Launcher when you choose "Play GTA3: MTA" doesn't seem to work. How can I find servers to play on? Don't tell me ASE either, because it doesn't seem to work. Any help would be appreciated.

read some threads itll show u how to get it 2 wrk, ASE is the only wrking server finder for .3b
