Cant start a server!

I am starting it and it says

- MTAServer log opened -

(11:00:34) MTA Server for MTA 0.5

(11:00:34)

(11:00:34) ERROR: Unable to bind to the socket. Check that no other instances of MTAServer.exe are running and try again.

(11:00:34) Unable to start server.

- MTAServer log closed -
