Cocaine System for different modes.

I made a simple Cocaine System that can be added in Roleplay, dayZ, or DeathMatch mode. It doesn't use panels, so the player can get easily what he is searching with commands, or bindkeys. 

Languages avaible for this resource: Spanish/English

Features: 

[*] /help command, it shows up the available commands.

[*] /buy [a,b,c,all] command.

[*] When the player is creating the cocaine, he can't move for the next 5 seconds.

[*] When the player use the cocaine, his health increases 20 HP, if he got damaged during this proccess, he will loss 10 aditional HP when the effect finish. (If the player didn't get damage, he will lost only 5 aditional HP)

[*] Cocaine packages can be selled between players, but the owner must enable this option with the command /drugaddicts

[*] There's a 5% chance that the cocaine damage the player instead of healing him.

[*] Default bindkeys for the buy/creation/use of the cocaine.

[*] If the player is between 1-10 HP before using the cocaine, it will increase his HP to 100, but for less time, and when the effect finish, he will freeze 20 seconds. (The player can't dead because of the cocaine's damage effect)
