MTA Suddenly cant connect to servers without VPN

I have read previous questions regarding the same problem, I tried every thing that have been suggestion on those topics but non has worked yet.

To detail what my problem really is

I was playing one night and I got suddenly disconnected, when I tried to reconnect my MTA felt like it lost connection while other program that needs Internet connection is perfectly fine and smooth. I tried everything from Reinstallation, the DNS Flush/Ipconfig, the "Netflix.bat", and etc etc...  But after all those it didnt work, only way I got my connection back was when I use VPN SoftEstherVPN, again, if I turn my VPN off my MTA basically dont have any connection even if my internet was perfectly fine. I know I can play with VPN, but im playing a RP-Server and I have community rank as a Country Guider so I need to fix this ASAP so I could rejoin the Country Chatbox.

Oh to clarify im playing CIT2 Server. and inside the server Chatboxes are separated base on which country you are. So when I use VPN, I cant enter our Country's Chatbox!

It might be your ISP or router blocking connections coming from MTA, try to get in touch with your ISP and send them the IPs you're trying to connect to, they might identify if the issue is from their side or not.
