N00b question :(

Ok, i have been trying for like 4 days to make a server for MTAVC and i just cannot get it done, i have forwarded my ports, opened my firewall and configured the MTAServerCongfigTool using the very same ports, buti still feel like ive missed something, please can somebody help me out or give me a step by step guide on how the server is made?? i didnt wanna ask at first cause after a while i can get annoying (lol kiddin)

(the last command on my MTAServer.exe is "All seeing eye listing enabled bla bla bla...)

Have you got one of those for makign VC work(eg downloads etc)?

That all seeing eye message is normal. Have you actually tried connecting to 127.0.0.1 (if server is on your local machine) to confirm if the server is running or not?
