cd19 error

Hi, i was playing normally mta in drift paradise server but i can't join any server anymore. I didn't do anything about files or something. Please help https://pastebin.mtasa.com/999999592

Have you tried any procedure? Like reinstalling your MTA. Also, accordingly to this topic, using a VPN might help but it isn't a long-term solution.

If you live in Turkey and get this error: CD19 "Client verification failed!" (aka MTA müşteri doğrulaması yapılamadı!) while trying to join a server, check these things:

- is your internet provider Turkcell Superonline (https://superonline.com/) ?
- is the server you're trying to join hosted at OVH? To check, enter the server IP on this site: https://www.abuseipdb.com/ and look it up.. should say "OVH.com" at domain name, and it's usually in france

We suspect these are the exact circumstances that lead to this problem. But it can also be a regional issue in turkey, or be random when it comes to where the server is hosted (a routing issue that affects some of them), so keep that in mind.

However, as you may understand, Turkish players getting CD19 these days, means that there is a problem with your internet provider. They broke something, that causes traffic between you and the server to be interrupted, and the server doesn't respond to verification packets while connecting. Please contact your internet provider and explain them this issue, including what we said about it, so they can investigate and fix it, and all players from your country would be able to play wherever they'd like again.

Note: there is a workaround, if you can afford it: using a VPN will solve the problem immediately, and you'll be able to connect again. Recommendations: ExpressVPN, Private Internet Access, or Windscribe. Don't settle for it, please really complain at your ISP (internet provider) in the meanwhile.
