Hi, 

Meet the problem of updating the server build, my host does not have the latest version

There are ways to upgrade my build to last without having dll startup files etc

If possible, add a command for the server to update the server without downloading it from the Internet!

. Many game hosting services allow to use only the stable versions, which can be found at https://linux.multitheftauto.com/
If you don't have access to the server binaries, you can try your luck by contacting the hosting support and maybe they can update the server just for you.
