kk i got it running, but When i go to sell a car it says i do not own the car.. but its a car i picked up off the street and usually you can sell those cars so what do i chance to enable you to sell cars you pick up off the street?

This isn't part of MTA, it's a 3rd party script. You'll have to ask the script author how to use it, as the MTA team itself doesn't actually supply these.
