Installer not working error: 0xc000007b

Hello,

I wanted to reinstall MTA for the first time in years. But when I start the installer I get the error message 0xc000007b.

I have no idea how to fix this. I have already searched for other posts here in the forum but have not found anything useful.

Unfortunately, the MTADiag does not work either, as the programme is not yet installed. That's why I used the Process Monitor as described in another thread.

I would also like to point out that nothing happens when I try to start the .exe as administrator. Only with a normal double click does the error message appear.
