ERROR CL31

hi, i recently installed an ssd on my pc, and before that i gave the error
 "cl25" now it doesn't work anymore, but now it gives the error "cl31", i reinstalled 
gta and mta several times i tried to put windows xp pack in compatibility 
and etc but nothing worked so I used "mtadiag" and gave this link

CL31 means that there's a problem related to your game path, try moving your game to your D:/ disk and reinstall MTA:SA.
