Custom Tracks

Ok, so this isnt exactly Client related, but i couldnt find a better place (if there is one, move it)

How do i get Custom Soundtrack in the game?

Ive searched around for a "User Tracks" folder but cant find it

Im using a pre-installed .rar version of the game, since im to cheap to buy it. So if someone could tell me where i create the User Tracks folder, i would be very happy
