MTA doesn't run on my new device, says "Patch GTA"

My GTA works just fine, version 1.0

I've never faced this problem, error redirects me to this page:

. Have you tried following the instructions on the page that you posted?
Also try running MTA as administrator.
If this does not give any results, then download and run MTADiag, wait for the pastebin link and post it here.

All I had to do was replace my gta_sa.exe with a downgraded V1.0, apparently mine wasn't the correct version although it appeared to be lol. Thanks for the help Sarrum, this may be locked.
