IPS Suite 4

I have a forum in IPS SUITE 4.3.6 and I would like to use the forum username and password to log in to mta. I managed to make a system to get the username and password from the database to log in to the mta, but when I changed to search for the IPS Suite 4 username and password it wasn’t, it recognizes only the user, but not the password, because the password is encrypted, would there be any way to use the encrypted password?

That won't work anymore, there's a new hashing/encrypting method implemented into 4.x as far as I remember.
