Recommended FPS limit?

Hello, what is the recommended FPS limit for a server?, I like to run mine on 60 FPS Locked, is it safe?, only 60 FPS not above 60 FPS.

As long as it is not higher than 60 FPS it should be pretty much fine.
You can see what's the recommended FPS limit and the possible issues if the FPS is too high at this link.
