Explain me the prog

Hi,

I use mta:sa and it works exellent. I TRY to use mta:vc but, it's to dif for me , Can someone explain me what to do with screens? Because I can't see servers, can't connect when I give a IP in the prog,.... Plz help me would be really fun ^^
