I've got no answer so far on IRC, so I'll try here lol.

1) In ADMIN_PLAYER_PM, what does are the possible values for the byte From Admin and their meanings?

2) In ADMIN_RACE_LIST what do each of the List State values actually mean?

From Admin = 255 (Actual thats console and 254 is admin but Oli it up)

List state:

You get a packet NEW
