MTA Script glitch

Hello there i just wanna report a glitch/bug in the last update with one script of server people who back to old update fix the bug but the new update isn't fixed i hope you gonna fix this soon thanks.

 THIS IS HOW IT LOOKS NORMALLY

 AND THIS IS HOW LOOKS BUGGED THIS JUST HAPPENED WITH LAST UPDATE OF MTA NOT ONLY IN OUR SERVER TO MANY SERVERS HAD THIS GLITCH I HOPE U GONNA FIX THIS SOON MTA SUPPORT TEAM.

What are we looking at? Is it the vehicle wheels?

yes its seems something working wrong are reversed wheels and not only in our server all server that had this script people everyday download first version of mta 1.5.7 because when they update automatically they get the glitch again
