The crash (offset 0x000DFF90) is related to audio, mostly caused by GTA sound mods.

Nonstandard GTA file:  \audio\CONFIG\TrakLkup.dat
Nonstandard GTA file:  \audio\streams\BEATS
Nonstandard GTA file:  \audio\streams\CUTSCENE

Reinstall GTA: SA with a clean unmodded version.
